Resident Physician/ Clinical Associate (Hand & Reconstructive Surgery)
NTFGH is a member of the National University Health System (NUHS).
The division of Hand & Reconstructive Microsurgery in NTFGH is welcoming motivated candidates for the position of Resident Physician (RP) or Clinical Associate (CA) .

Clinical Duties
- Involvement in direct patient care, including outpatient clinics, inpatient wards, on-call duties, and participation in elective and emergency surgeries under supervision.
- Adherence to NUHS T.R.I.C.E.P values: Teamwork, Respect, Integrity, Compassion, Excellence, and Patient-centredness.
Education
- Participation in ward rounds, divisional teachings (journal clubs, resident teaching), and multidisciplinary meetings (clinicopathological discussions, virtual meetings with international partners).
- As a teaching hospital, NTFGH encourages engagement with medical students, where you will share practical skills and knowledge.
Research
- Opportunities to collaborate with medical specialists and clinical researchers within NUHS, including faculties from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
Administrative Roles
- Participation in division coordination, planning, and organization to maintain team efficiency.
Requirements
- Possession of a basic medical degree or relevant postgraduate qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience post-Housemanship for entry-level candidates.
