Clinical Support Specialist
(Cardiology | Medical Devices | Field-Based)
Salary: S$ 3,500 - 4,200
Schedule: 5 days/week, flexible hours due to travel
Location: Island-wide coverage, Global travel required (Latam, ASEAN, Europe)
Reports to: Head of International Business
Summary:
Provide expert clinical support and training for coronary/peripheral Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) procedures. A field-based role critical for physician training, case support, and driving the adoption of our IVL platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Support: Provide real-time, in-person guidance to clinicians during IVL procedures.
- Training: Educate and certify physicians, hospital staff, and distributor teams on our systems.
- Clinical Education: Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and present at workshops and meetings.
- Feedback & Research: Collect real-world product insights and support clinical studies and data collection.
- Travel: Be available for urgent case support and global travel to train distributors and support key accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in BioMed, Nursing, or Life Sciences.
- 2+ years in an interventional Cardiology/ Radiology cath lab OR 1+ year in Medical Device case support.
- Experience with Coronary/ Peripheral devices (e.g., IVL, atherectomy, angioplasty).
- Technically skilled with Medical consoles and imaging systems.
- Must be flexible for Significant Travel.
