Job Overview
The role of a Senior Financial Controller involves providing strategic financial leadership and management to the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, finance, and budgeting, ensuring that the company's financial objectives are met.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the entire accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets in line with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A minimum Diploma in accountancy.

- At least 4 years of experience in handling full set accounts, preferably in the F&B industry.

- Advanced MS Excel skills, as well as proficiency in Million software.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Positive working attitude and strong team player.
