Singapore Prism+ Full time

PRISM+ is looking for a reliable Ceiling Fan Installer who is committed to customer satisfaction and safety. The role involves transporting goods, installing ceiling fans, and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:
Loading, transporting, and delivering items safely and on time.
Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Providing customer support, answering questions, and handling complaints.
Assessing installation sites for suitability and safety.
Installing, wiring, and securely mounting ceiling fans.
Testing fans for proper operation and safety.
Cleaning up after installation and advising customers on maintenance.
Performing electrical work such as wiring and installing switches.
Carrying out false ceiling works tailored to client needs.
Adhering to transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
Reporting regularly to the supervisor.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include:
Experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of ceiling fans is a bonus.
Handyman skills are advantageous.
Ability to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items.
Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Valid driving license and ability to operate a 10-foot van or lorry.
At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Willingness to work six days a week (Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm).
