Cloud Security Pipeline Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Pipeline Engineer to spearhead the development and maintenance of secure CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust security protocols for CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless automated build, test, and deployment across multiple environments.
  • Manage version tagging, deployment approvals, and artifact registries for secure build distribution, guaranteeing streamlined software delivery.
  • Utilize orchestration tools to optimize application rollout and service delivery, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
  • Create reusable templates/blueprints for system provisioning with version control and rollback mechanisms, enabling flexible infrastructure management.
  • Configure and manage infrastructure components like load balancers to ensure reliable and consistent network behavior, safeguarding against cyber threats.
  • Develop and execute automated tests for software and hardware reliability, identifying potential vulnerabilities and improving overall system integrity.
  • Collaborate with developers to enhance test coverage, troubleshoot issues, and recommend design improvements for better testability, driving innovation and excellence in software development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in DevOps or DevSecOps roles with a focus on secure or air-gapped environments, showcasing expertise in cloud security pipeline development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD and YAML pipeline configuration, demonstrating proficiency in automating complex workflows.
  • Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes with knowledge of Kubernetes orchestration and container registries, ensuring seamless containerization and deployment.
  • Skilled in automating infrastructure setup and management tasks, streamlining operations and reducing manual errors.
  • Experience in both manual and automated testing for device and software validation, providing comprehensive quality assurance.
  • Comfortable working in Linux-based environments for development and operations, leveraging expertise in Unix-like systems.
  • Capable of writing Bash scripts to support automation and system tasks, efficiently automating repetitive processes.
