Sanctions & Export Compliance Specialist, 6-month renewable Join to apply for the Sanctions & Export Compliance Specialist, 6-month renewable role at Manpower Singapore 2 days ago – Be among the first 25 applicants Responsibilities Conduct reviews and investigations to appropriately resolve potential matches generated by the sanctions systems Investigate customers, business partners, and transactions in accordance with established policies, procedures, and tools per SLAs Escalate unusual findings related to sanctioned individuals, terrorist financing, law enforcement, or other criminal activities Conduct independent research utilizing the internet, third‐party tools, commercial databases, and internal databases to evaluate and disposition sanction system alerts Accumulate and document relevant findings regarding transactions and screened parties' facts from investigations so GESC can determine necessary compliance steps Maintain thorough documentation of analysis performed Cross‐team cooperation and strong written and oral communication skills Support any special projects or critical casework Interact with relevant teams to raise awareness of sanctions trends, emerging issues, remedial actions, or program enhancements Support record‐keeping and documentation efforts Be organized and detail‐oriented while multitasking Other tasks and projects as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Experience in reviewing, investigating, and resolving sanctions, money laundering, or terrorist financing issues Experience using SAP GTS screening system or equivalent systems Good analytical and problem‐solving techniques Ability to apply sound ethical judgment Strong written and verbal communication skills Expertise in OFAC, UK, EU sanctions compliance laws and regulations Self‐starter, flexible, innovative, and adaptive Interpersonal skills to collaborate with company personnel Ability to meet aggressive timelines in a compliance‐focused environment Proficiency in Apple applications (Numbers, Pages, Keynote) and MS Office applications (Excel, Word)Knowledge of U.S. Export Administration Regulations Additional Information Salary – Open for negotiation Start date: Immediate Contract duration: 6‐month contract, renewable Location: AMK or One North Working days and hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Seniority level Entry level Employment type Contract Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
