Job Title: Arts and Music Programme Administrator

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team in the arts and music department. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the arts and music programme
  • Coordinate schedules and rosters for teachers and staff
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Perform other administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in business administration or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
