Location: RWS (Resorts World Sentosa) Salary: $12 - $14 per hour Working days: 6 days work, 7 to 7, will have break time Key Responsibilities Food Preparation & Cooking • \tPrepare food according to established recipes, specifications, and presentation standards.• \tCook menu items in collaboration with the kitchen team, ensuring quality and consistency.• \tPlan and coordinate food production to match meal serving hours, maintaining temperature, appearance, and taste standards.• \tEnsure sufficient supplies and approved substitutions are available for smooth preparation.• \tSet up and stock your station with necessary ingredients and equipment before service.Kitchen & Equipment Management • \tMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times.• \tProperly handle and maintain kitchen equipment; report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.• \tStore all food safely and properly, clearly marking dates and items.• \tMonitor inventory and storage areas to ensure proper organization and minimal wastage.Compliance & Reporting • \tFollow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations.• \tAdhere to instructions from the Head Chef or Chef-in-Charge at all times.• \tReport any incidents, performance issues, or equipment failures promptly.• \tAct in the best interest of the company at all times.• \tAble to cook western cuisines an added advantage.• \tPerform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by superior.Requirements • \tProven experience as a cook in a canteen, F&B outlet, or similar environment.• \tKnowledge of food hygiene and sanitation standards.• \tAbility to work night shifts.• \tAble to cook western meals for western cook. • \tCommitment to delivering high-quality food consistently.Leong Jia Qi Reg No. : R The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd EA No. : 14C7279
