Job Responsibilities:

  • Research and integrate mature AI solutions from the market (e.g., OpenAI, Google AI) to enhance the intelligence of the company’s app, improving service efficiency and user experience.
  • Select and implement the appropriate AI APIs/models based on business requirements, optimizing applications in areas such as NLP, computer vision, and personalized recommendations.
  • Design and optimize AI-related application architectures, ensuring stability, real-time performance, and scalability.
  • Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to evaluate the impact of AI solutions on business metrics and continuously optimize strategies.
  • Research new AI technologies and tools, driving the innovative application of AI in the product.
  • Collaborate closely with product, frontend, backend, and data teams to efficiently implement AI-powered features.
  • Participate in AI security and compliance assessments to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.

  • 负责调研和集成市场上成熟的 AI 解决方案(如 OpenAI、Google AI等),优化公司 App 的智能化能力,提高服务效率和用户体验;
  • 结合业务需求,选择合适的 AI API/模型,完成模型调用、优化及落地应用,包括但不限于 NLP、计算机视觉、个性化推荐等领域;
  • 设计并优化 AI 相关的应用架构,确保 AI 方案的稳定性、实时性和可扩展性;
  • 通过 A/B 测试和数据分析,评估 AI 方案对业务的影响,并不断优化策略;
  • 研究 AI 领域的新技术、新工具,推动 AI 技术在产品中的创新应用;
  • 与产品、前端、后端、数据团队紧密协作,推动 AI 功能高效落地;
  • 参与 AI 相关的安全性、合规性评估,确保符合数据隐私和行业法规要求。

Job Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or above
    in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields, with 3+ years of AI application development experience.
  • Familiarity with mainstream AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Google AI, Baidu AI, Alibaba Cloud Intelligence) and hands-on experience with API integration.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, with experience using AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Practical experience in at least one area, such as NLP, computer vision, speech recognition, or recommendation algorithms.
  • Experience in leveraging and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) to optimize AI applications for specific business needs.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to apply AI technologies to optimize key product metrics (e.g., user retention, conversion rates);
  • Solid system architecture thinking, able to collaborate with frontend and backend teams to implement AI solutions efficiently.
  • Passion for AI advancements and a keen interest in applying AI technology in commercial products.
  • Prior experience in deploying AI in ToC applications (e.g., intelligent customer service, content generation, personalized recommendations) is a plus.

  • 熟悉市场主流 AI 服务(如 OpenAI、Google AI、百度 AI、阿里云智能等),并有 API 调用和落地经验;
  • 具备扎实的 Python 编程能力,熟练使用 TensorFlow、PyTorch、Hugging Face Transformers 等 AI 框架;
  • 具备 NLP、计算机视觉、语音识别、推荐算法等至少一个方向的实际项目经验;
  • 熟悉大模型(LLM)的调用和微调,能够针对业务需求优化 AI 方案;
  • 具备良好的数据分析能力,能利用 AI 技术优化产品关键指标(如用户留存、转化率等);
  • 具备良好的系统架构思维,能与前端、后端团队配合,优化 AI 方案的工程化落地;
  • 关注 AI 领域前沿发展,对 AI 技术的商业化落地有浓厚兴趣;
  • 有 AI 在 ToC 应用场景(如智能客服、内容生成、个性化推荐等)落地经验者优先。
