Learn more at Job Description As a member of our Credit Bureau Operation Team, the candidate will fulfill services and processes related to day-to-day credit bureau operations. Key responsibilities include data management activities related to bureau compliance and data-contributing members, as well as overseeing daily data loading activities. The candidate will maintain liaison with local clients and stakeholders on updated business needs, and will coordinate with internal and external parties. The role also includes general administrative support and project management for delivering credit bureau services, from proposal/tender, requirements gathering, development, testing/certification, to deployment. The ideal candidate is self-driven, accountable, a positive team-player with a can-do attitude and relevant experience in Operations, able to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. What You’ll Be Doing Achieve operation efficiency targets (e.g., data loading percentage). Ensure timely and accurate loading of data submitted by members. Conduct sanity checks after loading of data. Conduct checks on credit bureau members’ access and credit check enquiries. Retain and safekeep all documentation for compliance/audit purposes. Prepare documents for compliance reporting, regular credit bureau meetings, and minutes taking. Prepare regular reports for Finance or internal stakeholders. Administer and operate in managing credit bureau members’ profiles, access, and billing. Process over-the-counter report purchase requests from members of the public. Manage clients (credit bureau members and public), internal users and IT on data-related matters and address arising issues. Conduct User Acceptance Testing and Post-Implementation Testing for system changes. Carry out any other report or task assigned relevant to business operations. Office-based role handling high-confidentiality data. Qualifications Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in Singapore. Proficient with numbers and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Meticulous and prudent in data process management. Experience in operations and process improvement. Strong problem-solving skills as demonstrated in prior roles. Proven ability to excel both independently and as part of a team. Proficient communication skills to articulate issues and solutions to stakeholders (internal and external). Strong and proven organizational skills. Highly motivated self-starter who can work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Familiarity with the Singapore business landscape is preferred.
