Senior/Nurse Manager | Central | Up to $9,000 + AWS + VB | 5-Day Work Week | 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Immediate Hiring)Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Location: Upper Thomson Working Hours: 5-day |8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Salary Range: $6,500 – $9,000 per month Bonuses: AWS + Bonus About the Role We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior / Nurse Manager to lead the nursing team in delivering high‐quality, person‐centred care within a residential and long‐term care environment. This position plays a key leadership role in ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of nurses and care staff to provide consistent, high‐quality care. Oversee nursing operations, care planning, and clinical assessments. Ensure compliance with MOH, SNB, and internal governance standards. Drive continuous quality improvement and implement best practices in clinical care. Manage manpower planning, staff development, and performance appraisals. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, patient‐focused care. Maintain infection control standards and accurate clinical documentation. Support and deputise for the Head of Nursing (Assistant Director of Nursing) when required. What We're Looking For Minimum 10 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. Degree in Nursing. Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practising certificate. ACTA Certified. Experience in inpatient, community, or elderly care settings. Solid computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with InfoCare or similar healthcare IT systems is highly preferred.
