Google Work SPace Training Facilitator

Job Summary We are seeking a Google Workspace Training Facilitator on urgent basis to support the delivery of training sessions and ensure smooth learning experiences for all participants. The facilitator will assist the main trainer, guide trainees through hands-on tasks, and help resolve user issues in real time to improve Google Workspace adoption across the organization. Key Responsibilities Support the main trainer during live training sessions by assisting trainees who get stuck or need step-by-step guidance. Facilitate groups 30 to 35 learners to ensure everyone progresses at the same pace. Conduct in-person or virtual sessions on Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Meet, Chat, etc.). Provide immediate troubleshooting and practical assistance during exercises or demonstrations. Reinforce best practices for collaboration, file sharing, communication, and productivity. Coordinate with IT, HR, and business units to align training schedules and address user learning needs. Track participation and gather feedback to support continuous improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Workspace applications. (must have)Experience in facilitating or supporting software/productivity tool training. Excellent communication, patience, and learner-support skills. Ability to simplify instructions and guide users at varying skill levels. Problem-solving mindset and ability to support multiple users simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Google Workspace certification (an advantage).
