Key Responsibilities:

  • Architecture Ownership
    • Oversight of end-to-end software architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.

    • Building and growing a high-performing engineering team while transitioning from external vendors.

    • Fostering close relationships with product, operations, and leadership teams to align technical priorities with business objectives.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in software engineering, with 3-5 years in a team leadership or engineering management position.
  • A proven history of delivering major platform transitions and owning end-to-end architecture.
  • Direct experience in logistics or supply chain technology, including expertise in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and modern software development practices.
  • A strong ability to scale teams in high-growth or startup settings and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
