You will work closely with a supportive team of educators to create meaningful learning experiences that align with the MOE Secondary Chinese Language Syllabus, while also guiding the students in developing empathy, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning. Job Description Deliver engaging Chinese Language lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities. (G3 Higher Chinese/G3/ G2/ G1 Chinese)Develop students' proficiency in language, literacy, and critical thinking through innovative and applied learning approaches. Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, assessment design, and professional development. Mentor and guide students as a Form Teacher, fostering a caring and supportive classroom culture. Contribute to the holistic education of students by supporting co-curricular activities and school events. What We're Looking For BA (Chinese), Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from the National Institute of Education (NIE), Diploma in Education from NIE or any other equivalent teaching qualifications Passion for applied learning, creativity, and interdisciplinary teaching. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a student-centred approach.
