As a GM/AVP in Learning & Development, your primary objective is to provide and support Learning, Performance Management, Talent management & Organization Effectiveness initiatives within the organization. Your role is crucial in shaping the company into a great place to work.The company comprises 18 corporate functions spread across 25 locations, presenting unique HR challenges. Your responsibilities include building capabilities in all employees to enhance group-wide service delivery, improving communication with employees, managing the Talent development process, and supporting Corporate Function Heads (CFHs) in setting quality goals for a high-performance culture.In terms of Talent Management, you will lead initiatives such as identifying the Talent Pool, coordinating development assessments, facilitating Individual Development Plan (IDP) discussions, and ensuring succession planning for critical positions.For Learning & Development, you will identify and consolidate learning needs, conduct MDP workshops, design training modules, evaluate external training programs, and manage the Learning calendar. Additionally, you will oversee the delivery of programs, track the training budget, and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).In the realm of Organization Effectiveness, you will drive employee engagement through effective communication, analyze Vibe data, design action plans, and evaluate their impact on employee engagement parameters. You will also implement diversity initiatives and educate employees on Group values through workshops.Moreover, you will implement work-life balance and employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work environment. This includes organizing Fun @ Work initiatives, assisting with work-life balance events, designing employee recognition plans, and monitoring their usage.Your role also involves supporting new projects and initiatives, such as formalizing specialist ladder paths and conducting career conversations with High Potential Managers.To excel in this role, you should possess an MBA in HR or a PG Diploma from ISTD, along with 15-20 years of experience in Learning & Development within reputable organizations. Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are essential. Your ability to deal with ambiguity and corporate experience are also critical for success in this position.,
