Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations, security, and maintenance of all common property and facilities
Manage and supervise on-site staff (security, cleaners, technicians) and external contractors/vendors.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure upkeep standards are met.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works.
Manage the annual budgets, and assist with financial reporting for the Management Council.
Enforce by-laws and house rules, and address resident feedback, enquiries, and complaints.
Serve as the main liaison between residents, the Management Council, and government authorities.
Respond to and manage property-related emergencies promptly.
Requirements
Min 2 yrs of experience as Condo Manager or 3 yrs as Property Executive, or in a similar management role.
In-depth knowledge of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management is mandatory.
Proven experience in building maintenance, vendor management, and supervising staff.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
