What you'll be doing?Provide expert support: Deliver on-site and remote clinical application support for ultrasound systems, ensuring healthcare professionals can maximize system capabilities. Conduct demonstrations: Showcase product features, optimize workflows, and provide clinical education to healthcare professionals, enhancing their understanding and utilization of ultrasound technology. Collaborate on installations: Work alongside the technical service team to support the seamless installation and commissioning of ultrasound systems. Deliver comprehensive training: Offer post-sales training and ongoing application support to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal system utilization. Contribute to pre-sales activities: Assist in clinical presentations and product trials, helping potential customers understand the value of our ultrasound solutions. Stay at the forefront: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ultrasound imaging techniques, technologies, and clinical applications to provide the best possible support. Drive product improvement: Gather customer feedback and work with product and sales teams to enhance system performance and features. Represent at industry events: Participate in trade shows, workshops, and clinical training events, showcasing our ultrasound expertise. Ensure compliance: Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in your daily activities. Support product launches: Prepare and implement new product launch plans, ensuring smooth introductions to the market. Train sales personnel: Organize product training for new sales team members and provide refresher training for existing personnel. Gather market intelligence: Collect and share information on competitors and new technologies with the Field Sales team. Who are they looking for?Certified professional: Hold certification as a diagnostic medical sonographer or equivalent professional certification. Relevant education: Possess a Diploma in Medical Imaging, Sonography, Biomedical Sciences, or equivalent clinical background. Hands‐on experience: Have 2‐3 years of practical ultrasound scanning experience in a clinical environment, such as general, OB/GYN, vascular, or cardiac settings. Tech‐savvy: Demonstrate proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel to create impactful presentations and analyze data effectively. Excellent communicator: Possess strong communication and presentation skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to assertively express ideas and opinions. Eager learner: Show genuine interest in expanding your knowledge across a wide range of products to become a comprehensive expert in the field. Flexible traveler: Be willing and able to travel outstation or overseas when required for customer support and industry events.
