Job Title: Order Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating order logistics, ensuring timely communication with customers and stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

  • Liaise with customers and agents to coordinate order dispatches.
  • Work with logistics providers to organize and manage order shipments.
  • Provide accurate and timely scheduling and shipping updates.
  • Ensure customer requirements are met while aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate order logistics and ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in logistics or business discipline.
  • Relevant experience in a commercial environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
