JOB DESCRIPTION Liaising with the Client, Consultant, Site Management and Property Owners to ensure that work is carried out smoothly with minimal inconvenience caused.

Dealing with requests and handling complaints, conflicts, and feedback pertaining to the project (e.g., from the Public, Site Management, and/or Property Owners).

Arranging and attending meetings on public relation matters with the project team where necessary.

Preparing and establishing yearly Public Relations plan, weekly/monthly engagement reports.

Ensuring that work carried out at the site is in accordance with the requirements set by Management or Property Owners.

Coordinating with clients, residents, government bodies, and any party as directed.

Preparing and sending annexes, letters, or reports to the relevant Authorities as needed.

Ensuring that notices are put up at the sites to keep the public informed of the works being carried out.

Ensuring proper filing for all documents.

Performing daily administrative support, document control, tracking, and timely response relating to the Project Team and Sites' Operations.

Performing all other duties or tasks as assigned by a superior.

JOB REQUIREMENT: Diploma or Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience working in a PRO in the Construction industry (PUB project working experience would be an added advantage).

A good team player and willing to be stationed at the site office.

Good command of English and excellent communication skills; bilingual preferred (verbal and written).

Well-groomed and presentable, independent, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and emotional maturity.

Meticulous and attentive to details, with a positive and good working attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with people of all levels.

PC literate with knowledge of MS Office.
