Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled
Full Stack Developer
to lead our software development team in delivering innovative and high-quality software products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of software development best practices, hands-on technical expertise, and strong leadership skills to guide a team toward meeting project goals on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the software development team, setting priorities, allocating resources, and ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers, helping them solve complex challenges and produce robust, high-quality software.
Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to ensure software meets the highest standards.
Collaborate closely with product and design teams to align development work with business goals and user requirements.
Stay current with emerging software development technologies and best practices, sharing insights to drive innovation and improve processes.
Work with cross-functional teams, including business and delivery teams, to ensure software products meet both customer and business needs.
Provide regular progress updates and highlight potential risks or issues to stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 5 years of software development experience, with a strong focus on web and mobile application development.
Proven track record in leading development teams and successfully delivering software products on time and within budget.
Expertise in agile methodologies, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), and cloud-based technologies.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a development team.
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, and .NET Core, and frameworks such as React, , and Django.
Experience in testing and QA methodologies, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable software.
Passionate about innovation and keeping up with the latest development trends and tools.
