The SJC's Systems, Processes, Planning and Resources Division (SPPR) is responsible for: Programme planning and implementation Marketing and promotion of SJC's programmes Data collection, analysis and reporting Developing and implementing knowledge and learning management systems, as well as workflows and processes that support learning judges Overseeing the SJC's website (both public and intranet)Monitoring the SJC's budget Executing the delivery of curricula and instruction What you will be working on The Manager (SPPR) reports to the Deputy Director (SPPR) and works closely with the Curriculum, Pedagogy & Innovation Division to execute the full spectrum of SJC's programmes which includes: Manage the end‐to‐end administration and logistics for SJC's programmes Interface with other Departments/Divisions to ensure the smooth execution of programmes Assist in collating and analysing post‐programme evaluations to identify possible areas of enhancement Design, coordinate and manage content for SJC's e‐learning and knowledge management platforms Assist in the implementation of digitalisation and adoption of digital enablers to support education and development needs Post‐produce videos and create infographics for SJC's programmes What we are looking for Requirements: At least 1 year's experience in event management and organisation, with a keen interest in judicial education and training Proficient in IT and Microsoft applications Proficient in the use of audio‐visual equipment Experience and proficiency in programming is an advantage Proficiency in audio and visual post‐production software is an advantage Experience in web development and/or maintenance is an advantage Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive work relationships with stakeholders at all levels, within and across the organisation Proactive self‐starter who is able to work well independently and collaboratively as part of a high‐performance team in a fast‐paced environment Note: The successful candidate will be appointed on a one‐year probationary contract in the first instance.
