What We Are Looking For: Extensive experience in specialty coffee is essential — you must be confident with all aspects of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and brew methods, with an emphasis on quality, consistency, and speed. Outgoing, customer‐centric personality — you are passionate about connecting with customers, making them feel welcome, and delivering memorable, best‐in‐class coffee experiences. Proven ability to manage front‐of‐house operations, including leading and mentoring a team of baristas and service crew. A progressive career mindset — highly motivated to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. Strong team player with a disciplined, self‐driven approach to work. This role demands a high level of technical skill, leadership, and energy.
