Roles & Responsibilities Job Description: As the Senior General Manager, you will: Lead daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and customer service. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and profitability. Manage restaurant staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. Maintain strict compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards. Oversee inventory management, cost control, and supply chain coordination. Collaborate with the marketing team to drive promotions and customer engagement. Monitor market trends and customer preferences to introduce innovative solutions. Report performance metrics and insights to stakeholders and the management team. Requirements: At least ten years of managerial experience in the F&B or hospitality industry. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle fast-paced environments. Proficiency in budget planning, cost control, and P&L management. Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for liaising with stakeholders.
