Retail Sales Associate Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficient execution of our store.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their shopping needs, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide prompt, helpful, and courteous service to customers, answering questions about products and services.
- Product Management: Stack, display, and replenish products on shelves, ensuring they are facing the correct direction and at eye-level.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies or issues to management.
- Cash Handling: Operate the POS cash register, handling various types of payments, including cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Packing and Shipping: Pack customer purchases efficiently and safely, meeting delivery deadlines.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Teamwork: Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills, working closely with other team members to achieve common goals.
- Problem-Solving: Display sound judgment and problem-solving skills, resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Work Schedule:
- Full-Time: 11am to 10pm, 5 days/week, including weekends and public holidays.
