Nurse Educator Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our organization as a Nurse Educator in Singapore.

This role is pivotal in upholding high standards of care and mentoring nursing students and junior staff in clinical settings. The successful candidate will foster a conducive clinical learning environment, develop and deliver training programs, and conduct formative and summative assessments for students and junior nurses.

Key requirements for this position include a passion for nursing education and staff development, excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A teaching qualification is advantageous.

The selected candidate will collaborate with educational institutions to bridge theory and clinical practice, support the development and implementation of e-learning tools, and mentor potential Nurse Clinicians on the education track.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will participate in audits, quality improvement, risk management, and nursing committees, and undertake additional tasks assigned by senior nursing leadership.
