Key Responsibilities Engage Warm Leads – Contact customers who have expressed interest in our services. Schedule & Manage Appointments – Coordinate, confirm, and reschedule bookings to suit customer preferences. Provide Excellent Customer Service – Address inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and product knowledge. Follow Up with Existing Clients – Build rapport, encourage repeat visits, and maintain customer loyalty. Maintain Accurate Records – Ensure call logs, appointment data, and customer notes are well-organized and up to date. Requirements Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or the beauty industry preferred. Excellent communication and phone etiquette — clear, confident, and personable. Highly self-motivated , able to work independently, and achieve set targets. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling customer databases. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in telemarketing or sales. Proven record of strong appointment conversion and customer engagement.
