Job Responsibilities
Key financial planning and analysis support for F&B.
Main support in research and resolve restaurant inquiries relating to actual, forecast and budgeting.
Main support in the development of the annual operating budget.
Prepare routine financial and operational reports for Management and Operations.
Responsible for the preparation and analysis of monthly financial KPI reviews, and periodic forecast reports.
Provide support in analyzing business performance metrics and provide findings to Management.
Perform financial analysis to support business decisions in special projects as assigned.
Assist in maintaining knowledge of emerging trends related to analytics, statistical, and data visualization.
Job Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Business/Economics
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Hospitality industry
Prior experience at a "Big Four" public accounting firm is desirable
Team player with high integrity, sense of urgency and attention to detail
Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in an efficient/timely manner
Experience in IBM Planning Analytics is desirable
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both, verbal and written)
Strong working knowledge with MS Excel, Excel VBA and PowerPoint, experience in any programming language, simulation software, and data analytics software is highly desired
Experience in developing data visualizations through Power BI is desirable
