Summary:
As a Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform components, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents. These solutions help optimize organizational processes.
A typical day involves understanding business challenges, outlining solutions, and developing applications using Power Platform, often collaborating with the development team for additional work, including in Microsoft Azure. We value both technical skills and soft skills, along with your motivation.
Responsibilities:
Develop Apps using Power Platform (Model-Driven, Canvas Applications, Power Apps Portals).
Support the development team.
Customize, configure, integrate, and extend Power Apps, understanding their boundaries and constraints.
Assist in gathering and defining functional requirements.
Identify and troubleshoot bugs or potential issues, developing your skills in this area.
Innovate solutions for system design and functionality.
Address and remediate security vulnerabilities in PowerApps.
Work directly with clients to support projects and solutions.
Develop PowerApps (model-driven, canvas, portals), migrate packages, and support production cutovers.
Use problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot challenges.
Install and configure data gateways.
Develop Azure Logic Apps, functions, and Power BI solutions.
Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and support to enhance Microsoft 365 capabilities.
Design solutions to improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
Identify opportunities to leverage Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint for process improvements.
Requirements:
Over 5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI), Office 365, Teams, and knowledge of SharePoint/Dynamics 365.
Strong SharePoint development experience with SPFX, JSOM, CSOM, SharePoint Online, and SharePoint 2019/2013 is advantageous.
Knowledge of Office 365, including Exchange, is a plus.
Experience in business systems analysis and support.
Excellent presentation skills for diverse audiences.

PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect
PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer
PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst
PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant
PL-100: Microsoft Power Platform App Maker
PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals
