Head of Network Development – APAC
Based in Singapore
Full-time | Regional Leadership Role
We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded leader to take charge of Network Development across the APAC & Greater China region. Based in Singapore and reporting directly to the Regional President, this role is all about building a high-performing, future-ready retail network that supports our growth and elevates the brand across diverse and dynamic markets.
You’ll lead the APAC & Greater China Network Development team, shaping and delivering the region’s strategy through strong market insight, partner engagement, and hands-on project delivery. From identifying new locations to managing dealer appointments and supporting retail transformation, you’ll be at the heart of how we grow and evolve across the region. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where no two markets are the same.
Responsibilities
Leading the APAC & Greater China Network Development team and setting a clear, strategic direction aligned with our global retail transformation
Using market data, demographics, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimise our regional footprint
Managing all aspects of dealer network development from identifying, assessing and appointing new partners to overseeing terminations and transitions
Working closely with dealers to ensure compliance with our Retail Design Guidelines and Dealer Operating Standards
Project managing the full appointment lifecycle, including facility planning, staff recruitment, legal documentation, stock ordering and launch planning
Analysing dealer performance, reviewing commercial viability, and making strategic recommendations backed by solid data
Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across sales, aftersales, marketing, design, legal, and finance
What We’re Looking For
A senior network development professional with regional experience in APAC & Greater China and a deep understanding of the automotive retail landscape
Strong leadership and people management skills – you know how to get the best out of your team and your partners
Excellent strategic thinking and commercial judgement
A confident communicator who’s equally comfortable in boardrooms and on the ground with dealers
High attention to detail, strong financial literacy and experience with dealer business planning
Experience working across functions, managing legal processes, and influencing complex business decisions
A proactive mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive long-term growth
The role requires flexibility to support meetings and calls across different time zones, as well as frequent travel to various regions.
