Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities in the market.
Build and maintain models for options pricing, risk management, and trade execution.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
Collaborate with team members to refine strategies, improve infrastructure, and optimize performance.
Monitor live trading systems and make data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed.
Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in quantitative finance.
We'd love for you to have:
Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or Financial Engineering.
Proven experience in Indian options trading, preferably in MFT or HFT environments.
Strong understanding of options pricing models (e.g., Black-Scholes, stochastic volatility models) and market microstructure.
Experience with statistical analysis, time series analysis, and machine learning techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
Experience with data analysis tools and libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy).
Familiarity with database systems and SQL.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
It will be nice for you to have:
Experience with backtesting and simulation frameworks.
Knowledge of algorithmic trading and execution strategies.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and distributed systems.
What we offer in return:
