What’s On Offer Job Type : 1-Year Contract (Highly Renewable)Industry : Consulting Environment Location : Singapore Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Engineer to support the development of electronic architecture and mixed-signal PCB design for advanced robotic systems. This role is ideal for candidates with deep expertise in hardware design, system configuration management, and regulatory compliance—especially in complex, multi-disciplinary engineering environments. Key Responsibilities Develop electronic architecture from system-level requirements down to the PCBA level. Design mixed-signal, high-reliability electronics including schematic entry, PCB layout, board bring-up, and verification. Lead design of PCBA containing microprocessors and motor control drivers. Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges. Perform system-level hardware testing and contribute to product improvement through feedback. Manage hardware system configurations and oversee all HW-related changes across instrument fleets. Maintain and update EE components in SAP/PLM systems. Prepare engineering documentation, test protocols, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Plan and lead EE design reviews, ensuring accountability and technical excellence. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, with 10+ years of industry experience . Proficient in OrCAD , Altium Designer , and other CAD tools. Strong hands-on experience with microcontroller devices and motor control systems. Skilled with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and power supplies. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot EMI/EMC/ESD issues. Excellent communication and presentation skills; a collaborative team player. Familiarity with life science safety standards (e.g. IEC61010) and risk management frameworks.
