Define and document project scope, objectives, and deliverables through scope statements and Project Charters, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations. Lead and Integrate subsidiary plans (schedule, cost, quality, procurement) into a cohesive project management plan, to ensure deliverables are on time and within budget. Establish and maintain a scope baseline, managing changes through a structured Change Control Process (CCB approval, impact analysis, documentation). Proactively prevent scope creep by conducting regular scope validation sessions with stakeholders and updating scope documentation. Develop detailed project budgets using bottom-up estimation techniques, incorporating CAPEX/OPEX, labor costs, and contingency reserves. Monitor budget performance via company tools and reports, addressing variances through corrective actions. Address SOC (Statement of Compliance) from clients, ensuring alignment with contractual and industry standards, based on Company product, solution and RAT list.
