Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Java-based applications according to business requirements. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards. Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with senior developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure the timely delivery of features and fixes. Perform unit testing and support integration and system testing. Debug and resolve technical issues reported by users or testing teams. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Maintain technical documentation and update system manuals as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development. Good understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and best coding practices. Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. Experience with relational databases like Oracle or PostgreSQL and strong SQL skills. Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
