ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are currently seeking energetic and enthusiastic Cashier to join our sales team at Brisbane International Airport. You will be working in a fast-paced, customer centric environment with a friendly and diverse team. YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE Process sales via the cash register Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner Provide a high level of customer service Promote benefits of products to generate sales and achieve set KPI's Inform passengers of the conditions relating to their purchases e.g. customs requirements Know and understand the product range Be aware of, and adhere to, Airport security emergency and health and safety procedures ABOUT YOU Cash handling in a fast-paced environment Proven experience of operating a point of sale (POS) system A reasonable level of physical fitness, as some manual handling/heavy lifting will be involved Excellent customer service and communication skills Demonstrated ability to work well and effectively as part of a team and individually WHY JOIN LOTTE DUTY FREE Base hourly rate + super + penalty rates Team discounts ASIC pass provided Discounted car parking Safe, Diverse and Inclusive work environment with supportive culture DETAILS OF THE ROLE Location: Brisbane International Airport Full time position - 76 hours fortnightly Part time position - 60 hours - fortnightly 2 week rotating roster Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays It is essential to have your own form of reliable transport due to the early/late hours of work.
