Overview We have an exciting opportunity for an MRO Planning and Control Manager to join our Aftermarket Operations team. Reporting to the VP Off-Wing P&C, you will be responsible for providing Planning and Control rigour, clarity and leadership across our Overhaul Network. Responsibilities Deeply partner the Overhaul bases in your region to ensure clarity of capacity and capability, performance vs plan and ensure that delivery performance meets customer requirements. Anticipate & resolve mid-term delivery risks & issues through robust collaboration, ensuring that any hazards are understood and have mitigation plans. Optimise inventory and logistics costs. Develop and deploy planning and control capability across the team and into the relevant Overhaul Bases. Manage Planning & Control related change for your region. Qualifications Experience in a Planning & Control management role A collaborative approach that can successfully influence senior leaders internal and external to Rolls-Royce An analytical approach that can quickly diagnose issues and propose appropriate recovery actions Can work in an operational environment and deliver operational excellence The ability to distil data to provide concise management information and reporting Experience of delivering performance through influencing About Rolls-Royce and Our Values We pioneer cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet our planet’s vital power needs.
