Visual Commercial Merchandiser I Retail I ZARA I Singapore Al-Futtaim, Singapore Responsibilities Key duties include: Present a proper personal image and continuously check and manage the image of other staff Demonstrate good control of replenishment and sufficient product display at peak hours/days Lead by example and teach Customer Service standards to the team, motivate & ensure the team achieves them Provide immediate assistance/solutions/up‐selling to customers Supervise and manage the fitting room to maintain a good image Handle complaints & difficult situations with customers Handle customer complaints by company procedure, escalating for support when unsolved over a time Collect product feedback from customers, identify product issues, and communicate with managers Manage the queue and service at the cashier counter Product Knowledge & Floor Layout Examine with manager that furniture is used per the Visual Merchandising Manual Ensure lighting is in correct direction and adjust if needed Keep inventory of store fixtures up to date Ensure fixtures & furniture condition are up to standard Ensure product on shop floor is properly replenished at all times Commerciality Forecast and react to special commercial moments (weather, holidays, mall events)Read and use all types of RFID commercial reports in TGT (ranking, shop floor locked, etc.)Understand "Y" and "Success" concepts in rebajas, distribution system, and organize general capacity/returns Understand rotation, subfamily, ranking, new arrivals, and floor sales reports Visual Merchandising Skills Display knowledge of company boutique concept Explain product placement on fixtures, coordinate with company image and customer profile Know priority areas for best-selling/new/potential collections Balance sales & image mindset Prepare for special days (rebajas, 11/11, etc.) with store managers & commercials, following company process Use 5 Basic VM principles (Concept, Color, Print, Acc, Replenishment)Place graphics & signs correctly Replenish numbers on each display Learning & Development Train and develop the commercial team Identify and develop potential within the store and manage succession plans Standards and Compliance Ensure store is adequately resourced and compliant with legal regulations Keep employees knowledgeable and updated on SOPs Implement store self‐assessment audits/reviews, devise action plans with wider management team Health & Safety Ensure good housekeeping across all areas, report accidents to senior management Raise awareness of risks and safe work practices for employees and customers Job Requirements Previous fashion retail or excellent customer service experience preferred Previous cash handling experience desirable; strong numerate and literacy skills Job-Specific/Technical Skills Love/passion for fashion Articulate and good communication skills Energetic & enthusiastic Good interpersonal skills Strong initiative & self‐motivation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Employment type Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
