Roles & Responsibilities Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our monthly billing cycle. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong coordination skills, a quick learner, and a dependable team player who is committed to meeting deadlines. Key Responsibilities: · Monthly Invoicing: Take an active role in the end-to-end process of preparing, verifying, and issuing monthly service invoices. · Data Accuracy: Meticulously process and validate billing data to ensure complete and accurate invoicing. · Record Management: Maintain well-organized and up-to-date financial records and supporting documentation. · Administrative Coordination: Perform essential administrative duties to support the accounts department, including filing, correspondence, and resolving internal queries. · Process Adherence: Quickly learn and adhere to company procedures, systems, and industry-specific terminology. Qualifications & Experience: · A minimum of a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field . · Proven experience in an accounts, administrative, or coordination role. · A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and the invoicing process.
