Job Title: Warehouse Operations Assistant
Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, checking, retrieving, loading, unloading, repacking, and palletizing import and export cargo, following established procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and store imported/exported cargo in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and maintain accurate records.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks to facilitate the movement of goods.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to Safe Work Procedures (SWP) and company policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and provide guidance to junior staff.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve discrepancies related to warehouse operations.
  • Coordinate with third-party warehouses for inventory transfers and deliveries.
Requirements:
  • Experience in spare parts warehouse operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Forklift certificate (preferred).
  • Class 3 license (preferred).
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
