Job Opportunity: Seafood E-Commerce Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Seafood Packer. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of fresh seafood orders to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets, and possess a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Packing and preparing fresh seafood orders for customers
  • Processing sales and purchase invoices
  • Coordinating and following up on supplier orders
  • Handling Director's reimbursement claims
  • Preparing and updating sales reports
  • Providing general administrative and office support

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Responsible and organized work habits
  • Ability to work independently in a small team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
