Overview:
\This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced professional to join our organization as a Glass Installation and Project Management Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of glass products and the management of projects from start to finish.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Installation of glass products, including windows, doors, and other related materials. \
- Management of project timelines, budgets, and resources. \
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. \
- Conducting site assessments, taking measurements, and coordinating with teams to complete installations efficiently. \
- Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. \
- Collaborating with production teams to source materials and schedule deliveries accordingly. \
- Planning, coordinating, and executing project schedules while ensuring adherence to deadlines. \
- Fostering strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication, problem-solving, and adaptability. \
- Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during project execution. \
- Providing training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. \
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements. \
- Promoting a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the organization. \
- Other duties as assigned by senior management. \
- Requirements include excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. The ideal candidate must be able to read and understand floor plans/drawings for site assessment and have experience in construction, drawing, project planning, construction safety, project management, Windows, communication skills, team player, scheduling, and able to work independently. \
