Their Singapore operations serve as a regional innovation hub, housing a cutting‑edge solution on AI, IoT, and industry‑specific transformation for both public and commercial sectors. As part of continuous growth , they are seeking a seasoned and strategic sales leader to drive complex enterprise deals and champion digital transformation across the Singapore public sector This individual contributor role calls for a strong commercial mind with the ability to hunt, shape, and close multi‑million‑dollar contracts while building lasting relationships with government stakeholders. About the role Reporting to the MD , your responsibilities would include Develop new government accounts and identify strategic growth opportunities aligned with national digitalisation goals. Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle for enterprise IT services, working closely with internal teams to shape solutions tailored to agency needs. Lead with insight, influencing senior government stakeholders and presenting business cases for technology adoption and service modernisation. Deliver on high‑value contracts (typically $10M and above), managing deal structure, pricing, and negotiations. Maintain an accurate, forward‑looking pipeline and sales forecast, aligned to organisational objectives. Stay sharp by tracking policy changes, market shifts, and emerging technologies affecting the public sector. Skills and experience required Min 15 years of successful enterprise sales experience, including significant wins in public sector technology sales. Proven Sales hunter with strategic mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and political landscapes and possesses a well‑established network of key stakeholders and decision‑makers. Skilled in developing go‑to‑market strategies, managing complex stakeholder ecosystems, and delivering actionable market insights.
