Embedded Software Engineer

Responsibilities
Design & Build: Develop, test, and deliver embedded software that meets business and customer needs.
Verify & Validate: Ensure software behaves as expected through both manual and automated testing.
Deliver Quality: Bring reliable products to life within timelines and standards.
Debug & Improve: Document designs, analyze performance, and resolve issues as they arise.
Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with cross-functional teams, occasionally lead project groups, and mentor junior engineers.
Work with Autonomy: Manage your own tasks effectively, whether in the office or working remotely.
Required
Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
Solid understanding of microprocessor hardware operations (interrupts, DMA, SPI, I2C).
Hands-on experience with embedded RTOS.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of relevant experience.
Background in embedded software development across the full product lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Arduino and Raspberry Pi.
Developing professional expertise with the ability to apply company policies and procedures to solve diverse challenges.
