Roles and Responsibilities: Design, document and implement new systems, as well as enhancements and modifications to existing software with code that complies with design specifications and meets security and Java best practices. Interact with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver high quality products and services that meet business requirements and expectations while applying the latest available tools and technology. Deliver zero defect code and be responsible for ensuring the team's deliverables meet or exceed business expectations. Effectively communicate status, issues, and risks in a precise and timely manner. Qualifications: Degree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline. 4–5 years' experience of Full Stack Java Development in a containerized microservices architecture using Java/Spring Boot, with strong UI/UX development experience in React. Technology Breakdown: Microservices & Cloud: Hands‐on experience with Kubernetes and AWS. Backend Development: Java EE Framework: Spring Boot; ORM Framework: Hibernate; Database: MySQL and/or MongoDB (Open Source); Application Server: Spring Boot; Web Server: JBOSS Web Server. Frontend Development: React 18+; HTML5/CSS (knowledge of web page design is a plus). Development Tools & Platforms: IDEs: VS Code, IntelliJ; Repository: GitHub; Issue Tracking: JIRA; CI/CD: Jenkins. Preferred skills Strong knowledge of open‐source web development tools and modern software engineering practices. Cards & payments domain experience. Additional Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem‐solving skills.
