Personal Banking Advisor
, you will provide clients with personalised financial guidance and support, helping them make informed decisions to secure their financial well-being.
Role Overview
In this client-facing role, you will advise individuals on a range of financial solutions. You’ll be supported with comprehensive training and development to equip you with the knowledge and confidence to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their financial goals
Recommend appropriate financial solutions based on client needs
Provide clear and professional product information
Drive sales activities and meet individual performance targets
Assist clients with applications and ensure accurate documentation
Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines
Stay current with product offerings, market trends, and best practices
Requirements
Minimum
Diploma or Degree
in any field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Confident in presenting solutions and building client trust
No prior experience in banking or finance is required – full training will be provided
