Product Data Control Manager

The purpose of this role is to create, control and manage changes to customer's Technical Product Data (TPD) packages in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Deploy TPD changes to relevant Persons-in-Charge for execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify the correctness and completeness of product packages received from customers, including Technical Product Data (TPD) and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Collaborate with users to define new TPD requirements and update ISO documents for new customers or changes in TPD requirements.
- Maintain required customer items, BOMs, and TPDs in PLM and ERP systems.
- Create and control item part numbers, BOMs, and TPDs in PLM and ERP systems.
- Develop projects in the ERP system for customer Sales orders fulfillment.
- Implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and deploy changes to next inline Person-in-Charge.
- Ensure all required information for TPD (items, BOMs, documents) and/or configuration changes are provided and approved by the customer.
Qualifications and Experiences:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions.
- Good communication skills.
