About the Company
Our client is a leading Healthcare Service provider in Singapore.
They are looking to hire a Director for their Group Development Office. The role will be instrumental in driving the organization's strategic agenda of shaping medicine to transform care for a healthier community. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare, philanthropy, and community impact.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative fundraising strategies to support both medical research and patient programs.
Lead, mentor, and empower the team to deliver impactful results through overseeing the entire development process — from fundraising strategy design to donor engagement and recognition
Build and nurture relationships with potential donors, not limiting to philanthropists, foundations, corporations, and other community partners.
Collaborate with clinicians and researchers to craft compelling cases for research support that inspire giving.
Ensure accountability through transparent and timely reporting as well as meaningful stewardship.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (postgraduate qualification would be an advantage).
At least 12–15 years of experience, with proven success in fundraising, advancement, or donor/philanthropic engagement.
Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Exceptional written, verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
Passionate about healthcare and committed to making a difference in society
