Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Sales team to craft technical proposals and strategies that address customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver product and solution demonstrations and presentations to highlight key features and capabilities.
  • Conduct site surveys and assess customer requirements to tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and sales collateral.
  • Keep abreast of the latest product developments and industry trends.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the creation of proof-of-concept models and prototypes.
  • Provide training and technical support to both customers and sales teams.
  • Execute engineering delivery tasks including configuration, testing, and system integration.
  • Prepare comprehensive written materials such as user manuals, maintenance guides, method statements, and testing procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with technical solution architects, developers, and project engineers during product implementation and deployment for internal and external clients.
  • Lead product co-creation workshops with clients using Design Thinking methodologies.
  • Facilitate business requirements workshops and develop functional specifications.
  • Assist in preparation activities for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Take ownership of designing the UAT strategy and executing the UAT process.
  • Conduct functional training sessions to educate customers on solution usage and maintenance.
  • Provide ongoing project support during critical maintenance phases following project Go-Live.
  • Manage integration of both hardware and software components, overseeing implementation.
  • Lead incident management for assigned projects and serve as the primary point of contact for production system-related issues with clients.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, specializing in RF/Wireless Communications and Networking.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in engineering solutions, preferably within international or engineering-focused environments.
  • Knowledge of telecommunication products and systems, including mobile, satellite, and line-of-sight communications, is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience with product demonstrations and customer service is a plus.
  • Familiarity with RF, wireless, or networking testing tools, such as spectrum analyzers and network traffic measurement software, is beneficial.
  • Strong verbal, written, and visual communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Willingness to undertake overseas travel as required.
