Senior Academic Leader in Mathematics and Statistics

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to lead our team of mathematics and statistics educators. As a Senior Academic Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the curriculum and instructional approaches for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement an integrated 6-year mathematics and statistics curriculum that meets the needs of high-ability learners.
  • Develop and deliver professional development programs for educators to enhance their knowledge and skills in mathematics and statistics education.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching methods and technologies that support student learning.
  • Provide guidance and support to educators to ensure high-quality instruction and assessment practices.

Requirements:

  • A good Bachelor's or higher degree in Mathematics/Applied Mathematics or a related field.
  • Relevant professional teaching qualification (or Post-Graduate Diploma Education equivalent).
  • Competent in teaching mathematics at GCE O-Level and/or GCE A-Level H2 and/or H3 content.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in leading teams and developing partnerships.
