Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Consolidate financial data for APAC, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting
Act as the main point of contact for accounting partners in Singapore, Korea, and Japan
Prepare statutory audit documentation in collaboration with accounting partners
Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including top-line trends, gross margin, and OPEX
Support process improvements to drive efficiency and streamline financial operations
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in finance, ideally within healthcare or in vitro diagnostics
Strong background in FP&A or business controlling in a multinational environment
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and variance analysis
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field; CPA or CMA is preferred
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
