Basic Salary + Completion Bonus
Job Requirements:
1. SAP Data Entry & Maintenance
Assist in entering, updating, and maintaining material, customer, and pricing data in the SAP system. Ensure accuracy and consistency in line with internal data governance
2. Commercial Data Updates & Documentation
Support the preparation and maintenance of key commercial data lists and related documentation. Coordinate updates based on internal inputs and ensure timely sharing with relevant teams.
3. Presentation & Visual Content Support
Assist in designing and enhancing PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use. Ensure all slides are visually compelling, aligned with corporate branding, and clearly convey key messages
4. Reporting & Administrative Support
Help generate basic data extracts and summaries to support commercial operations. Perform data checks, organize digital files, and assist in documenting processes and workflows.
5. Market Research & Ad Hoc support
Contribute to basic market research activities, such as gathering competitor intelligence, identifying industry trends, or compiling public data for internal analysis. Summarize findings in clear, concise formats for team use.
Support the sales and operations leadership with ad hoc tasks, data gathering, reporting, and coordination efforts as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
Experience in sales operations, supply chain coordination, or a similar role.
